Investment Advice Analytics System and Dashboard

The Investment Tax Reform Act requires asset managers to have visibility into dividend distributions of all fund components several months in advance. To meet this requirement, numerous data sources were consolidated, analyzed daily, and provided as a dashboard to facilitate legally compliant transaction planning.

Halfway through the project, I took over the leadership of a five-member development team in an agile project organization, assuming both the Scrum Master role and architectural responsibility.
